If purchased a pre-build PC from OI3C (Installed and built by our store), should the buyer agree to have our "standard warranty".
"1 Year warranty" indicates that since the day of customer's acceptance of delivery, all pre-builds have the services as following.
Our warranty applies to the entire prebuild as a unit, during the term of warranty, customer is free from all examination fee or delivery fee from any warranty issues.
The warranty of our prebuild require warranty from the manufacturer to each singular parts, thus the customer is allow to have unlimited amount of dissemble services based on repairing reasons.
After the examination during the term of warranty, the applicant will be informed possible solutions and expectations, the applicant can decide whether if they want to proceed on.
If the build is no longer within the "1 year warranty", OI3C will provide suggestions of possible solutions to applicants under "3 years technical support", if decided to be processed at OI3C, charges for examination, repairing, and labor fees are possible depending on the scenario.
If the problems applicant reported are examined and to be found due to applicant's personal issue, applicant will burden the delivery fee of the prebuild to store and back to wherever its destination is.
If any third party repaired or replaced any parts without prior informing to OI3C, the prebuild automatically loses its warranty mentioned above or under.
All warranty applications are only to be accepted when a prebuild is sent as a whole, after possible progresses, applicants should receive the prebuild as a whole too.
After we received your prebuild for warranty issue, we do not have responsibility for any external devices such as an USB device.
Replacing parts from manufacturer for warranty is our primary preferred option(depending on manufacturer's warranty), secondary option is to fix it at store. If the specific part is no longer produced or supplied, causing unavaliable replacement, the applicant will be informed and can determine whether if they want to burden the extra charge for replacing the part with alternative option.
Most of our selection of brands provides free replacement during warranty, it is not our responsibility if a customer's choice of specific brand does not provide such services.
Manufacturer or agents have the final rights to determine whether a replacement is possible.
Our adjustment in store is our primary preferred option for any software issues, should you have any important information or data saved in the computer, please note us priorly.
Without any notification, we do not compensate our keep any responsibility to any data loss during the process of our adjustment.
If the hardware specficications or software are failed to remain as original or not sold from OI3C, we have the right to refuse applicant's warranty.
If the prebuild is found to be unstable due to personal installed parts without prior notices, the entire prebuild and the specific part is not covered by the warranty mentioned above or below.

If the prebuild is loaded with geniune operating system, the prebuild qualifies for free reformatting service.

The geniune operating system signifies those retailing OEM DVD/USB KEY versions of Windows which recognized by Microsoft Taiwan officials.
When applying for the reformatting service, applicant is required to have the original key with the prebuild, if key does not match the original, this warranty is not effective to the prebuild.
"3 years technical support" indicates:
OI3C will provide professional personnel responding to questions from daily usage.
Should applicant has any troubleshooting requirements, online service is prefered. If problem cannot be solved due to any reasons, "1 year warranty" terms are applied in such case.
Should applicant has any upgrading requirements, no matter if they decided where to purchase the upgrade, OI3C should provide suggestions or advices, the later warranty with upgrades are as above.
If the software problem occured from "non-daily useage" or exceeds our profession, we will not be providing any assitance.

"Non-daily useage" indicates those activities that do not influence regular use, such as phone stimulator, graphing software, piracies, or etc.
OI3C will actively track the condition of one's computer and provide support if possible and needed.

- A newly added term will be left with a time mark, new term should only applied to prebuilds sold after that time.
